Emoclear and grief
« on: October 28, 2019 »
I recently lost a pet and a lot of sadness and grief was experienced.  Anyone who has had a fur buddy knows the bond we have.   The few days afterwards, I kept doing the clearing process guided by the online course and the relief I felt was immense.  Yes I still felt sad and cried but the process and the steps allowed a release and processing that was of great value  for me.  It allowed me to experience the feelings, pain and get them out instead of suppressing them.  After years of studying other kinds of emotional work I so appreciate to John and his work.  After studying the theory and experiencing the process I now understand why a lot of therapy work is just a bypass and misses the mark.

Thanks so much for sharing. I've been through the same experience. When you apply the EC steps to the grief - just accepting, feeling it deeply and witnessing - it dissipates instead of getting trapped inside.
