THE EMOTIONAL CLEARING PROCESS / Experiences of first session - normal?!

I listened to the first CD today, didn't know what to expect but am concerned about my experience! During the session I experienced a very strong "fuzziness" in my hands, I was sweating all over my body and after the session my hands were shaking. I regularly monitor my blood pressure (it is usually high) - it had dropped almost 20 points.
I've never tried anything like this before, are these normal/expected reactions? Or have I perhaps overdone the breathing?
Any comments or advice would be greatly appreciated!
