Hi John,

Thank you for the reply.

Sounds like it would be more in-depth work than I imagined. As I haven't delved into astrology during my life time so far, it may not be the moment to do so, as I don't feel the attraction to it yet. Not sure if I would be able to find a quick computer reading, as I don't know what I would be actually even looking for.

The reason for asking about it initially was to perhaps get some guiding sense on the various entangled emotions and feelings that I experience. After working with EC process for 3.5 years now, I'm just starting to realize how much more deeper issues I still have. I also have 2-3 physical ailments that have been there for years, and as you suggest, they can likely be manifestations of certain stuck feelings.
The difficulty I'm comings against is that I have multiple of those deeper stuck energies and I'm not good at identifying which one I'm dealing with. As the various emotions can react in all different ways, I may be experiencing survival fear, or emotional neediness, or rejection, or disrespect, etc at any given time and I feel a bit lost in that maze. My past has been difficult, so there are multiple core issues that I'm having hard time putting my finger on when working with the process.

Thus I was wondering if there is something that would help me to have a bit better picture about the possible paths these energies tend to take and express, so I would understand the roadmap and not be completely lost with whatever is popping up.
For example, if there is certain physical ailment in a particular part of the body, does it tend to connect to a certain stuck core issue among different people the same way? Or the same type of physical problem (at the same physical location) could relate to random/various different feeling based issues and there isn't much correlation between those to draw conclusions?

I'll also get back into the book to read it again, as it has so much information to understand the next steps after already working on it a bit.

Thank you!

THE EMOTIONAL CLEARING PROCESS / Astrological chart
« on: August 16, 2020 »
Hello John,

In one of your recent webinars, and also on the website, you mentioned some type of astrological chart as one of the helpful tools to get better idea about personal emotional/feeling make-up patters?

I understand that it's not something that would deal with any of the issues particularly, but instead help to identify person's issues bit better ways? Is that correct? I have never focused on astrology before, but if it could help with the entangled mess of emotions and feelings, then any help could be useful.

Could you please share some more details about what this chart is and where to get this kind of information?

Thank you!

Hi John,

Thank you for the reply. I might have misused the words when I said miraculous changes. What I was meaning or wanted to convey was the change in ones 'Umwelt' ("the world as it is been experienced by an individual organism"). As we all have our 'own worlds', they tend to have patterns that we attract. For an example if one goes through relationships that all share similar behavioral characteristics (be it abuse, abandonment, addiction, etc), it supposedly comes from a persons invisible subconscious (or which ever level it is) patterns that attract such people and situations. Some other people constantly struggle with financial issues, others seem to attract much more negative people to their everyday life than 'normal'. I recently heard about a person who has had 14 big car accidents (might have nothing to do with this, but a bit odd nevertheless).

So what I was actually asking, was to hear somebody's stories about how they attracted certain elements to their life before, and now when looking back, it has changed. Be it fast or slow change. And like you said, it happens without looking for it. Could you recall some experiences in your life that seemed to repeat themselves in the past, but now if you think about it, are not happening any more? Possibly because the 'Umwelt' has changed and doesn't attract those energies anymore.

Thank you!
Hopefully this makes sense.

Hello dear balance seekers.

I was wondering, would people, who have done the program long enough already, share some insights of how their lives have changed (where you can literally say that something is totally different now than before) after working with your suppressed energies?
John, would you be interested sharing some of your most 'visible' life changes that have that transformational effect? As you mention in the book (and I have heard similar things from other sources), once you overcome your problems, the 'external world' will miraculously change itself as you attract different situations to your life.
For an example, if some person who struggles a lot with certain aspect of life, have it totally turned around for him/her and know that now he/she attracts the kind of reality they always wanted after getting the work done on themself.

I ask this because as I do my clearing sessions (which sometimes bring up strong feelings), I go back out to everyday life and face the same situations-results that have brought up those feelings before. It's like a closed loop without a way out. I keep doing the sessions with the emotions that come up, but would eventually like to experience a reality shift that I attract. Then I would know that it has worked and my interaction with the world has changed.
Would be curious to hear about peoples transformations through this work, and to have some positive motivation with it as well.

Hope this is helpful. And thank you!

Awesome. Me too.
Reading from your book and this webpage, I had a feeling that you might be familiar with such information among other less known "secrets".

THE EMOTIONAL CLEARING PROCESS / Re: Physical pain
« on: December 16, 2016 »
Hi.

Thanks for this info. It seems that I have the physical feelings that draw the most attention in such exercises, so I will work with them when they come up. Just wanted to make sure that it is a part of the process and should be approached so.
Also, as you mentioned in your book, it's good to know that there isn't need for a past life regression to deal with any physical or emotional trauma from before. I haven't done any regression therapies, but worked with a person who's in the field of sciences that relate to mental schemas, so through some methods we tested and found some info about my past life traumas and how they happened.

I'll take this info and keep on working. Thank you!

THE EMOTIONAL CLEARING PROCESS / Re: Tingling sensation

Hi John. Thank you for the reply.

Maybe it is hyperventilation, which I don't have much experience with, so I didn't know to consider it. As I read about the symptoms of it, I didn't really seem to have any dizziness, headache, tension or some other common items. But maybe I didn't pay enough attention to them or my threshold is higher, so I don't faint or something. The tingling in the hands and feet had similarities with the feeling when you sleep in a position where arms go numb from lack of circulation. And when moved, this strong and unpleasant tingling feeling comes with improved circulation. But it seems to consist many different sensations together. What I was feeling with my exercise was just a strong tingling without unpleasant painful feeling. Who knows, maybe it was just related to hyperventilation. I'll pay more attention next time if it happens.

Regarding my mention about important books, I don't think this has been put together with the Illuminati phenomenon, or any sort of a secret at all. It's not so well know because of lack of interest to the topic from people (which in my opinion comes down to the persons (and society's) current evolution and growth). What I'm talking about is the phenomenon of out-of-body experiences and the dimensions that lie beyond from our known world. There are a lot of people who have personal experiences and also few institutions that have been doing some serious research and experimentation on the topic. One of them is the Monroe Institute in US, that has been the pioneer in this field for decades already. And it all started with the founder Robert Monroe, who wrote 3 diary style books about his 'travels' and experiences. Since he seemed a normal healthy minded person (not a drug user) and after him there has been thousands of people following his footsteps, I for now, feel like this to be the most important information about our world and outside of it to be known. The knowledge about 'afterlife', could have a lot of benefit to the current civilization, from just the simple point of eradicating the fear of life/death, which directs the decisions in much of our lives. Living without that fear makes life a lot more easier (personal experience).
If you haven't yet, then the book that I consider the most important that I have read, is his last book titled Ultimate Journey. It summarizes his first two books and 4 decades of out-of-body travels with all the accumulated and thought trough knowledge, to form what he calls a 'interstate map' (or something along these lines), which gives a bit of overview and insight for what lies beyond once we leave this physical body (and why and how we decide to come back for another game of life, either here or some other planet).
Anybody with a bit of open mind will find this very fascinating read.
PS. Adding here that it doesn't seem to be clearly understood why some people can induce the obe experience with ease, while others struggle for years without results. Maybe it has something to do with the energy flow between the chakras, and if they are blocked, it simply wouldn't work. But that's just my own theory.

Best of luck :)

THE EMOTIONAL CLEARING PROCESS / Physical pain
« on: December 15, 2016 »
Hi.

So I just listened through the free Deep Relaxation exercise and would like some advice. Basically as soon as I start relaxation exercises like that I have hard time focusing on the mental paths, since I start feeling physically painful areas in my body. Has happened with other relaxation/meditation techniques before as well.
As I got to the visualizing and turning to Witnessing part, I get my attention drawn to the pains in my lower back, today also tension and pain in the upper parts, plus some random swooping pains going through an arm or leg occasionally.
How should I deal with this? Would it be a part of the clearing process to let these feelings 'play out'? Or how to approach such problems?

I know that my lower back hurts because of a curved spine that got diagnosed when I was about 10y.o (I'm 30 now). As there didn't seem to be any reason for my spinal curvature (childhood accident or anything), and it didn't go away, I got some information that it's from a past life trauma (broken back). I have no way to prove it, but that's what came up in some 'testing'.
It's not a pain that affects my daily life (aside having a fluid movement from my hips) or even on a level that I would pay attention to it, but when I do some body and mind relaxation exercises, the pain seems to get intensified (I'm just getting more sensitive I guess) to a level where it's hurting and interfering with the exercise.

So I'm not sure if it would release once the paired emotion comes up, or should such physical feeling be addressed first when going deeper into EC?
Thank you for any advice!

THE EMOTIONAL CLEARING PROCESS / Tingling sensation
« on: December 14, 2016 »
Hello.

Decided to register here and make a first mark. I was guided to John's book few months ago and this would go to the #2 place on my most influential/important books that I have read or just seen on peoples bookshelves. (We might talk about the #1 book privately, since you (John) talk about some topics that I have came across in past years. I wonder what else fascinating is out there.)

I have not had much practice yet with all the techniques, but I also seem to be the one who's allergic to the word meditation. Since I'm super interested in so many different things, it has been very hard to calm the mind down.
What I wanted to maybe ask about, is some sensation feelings that I was able to experience while doing the breathing exercises. First I was able to bring myself into some fearful feelings by just thinking about 'what might happen', and then though, hey might be a good idea to try this acceptance process. So I kept the feeling in awareness and 'feeling' it, while doing connected breathing. After maybe 10 or 15 minutes, I had this strong tingling feeling going on in my hands and feet. Little bit all over the body, but most strongly in my palms. I don't know if this is what i called the prana or life energy that built up with the connected breathing, but it was strong. And I was able to let it grow, as I kept breathing and allowing it to become more intense. After some time of letting it flow, where it was so strong (felt like my hands were shaking a bit, but not physically), I decided to end the 'experiment'. I think it lasted a good 10 minutes afterwards until disappeared.
Is this what I thought it was (the prana energy) and is this common while doing the exercises? Good/bad/beneficial or doesn't really matter? Interesting to say the least!

As I just found this site, I saw that there are also Audio CD's that help get into the whole process better than just reading the book. I'm interested. Would like to ask is this page the only place to order them (digital version for me) or they are on sale on other venues as well? Is there a Christmas discount? I'd have to see when or if I can dish out ~95€ now.

And for last of course, thank you John! I just ordered another copy of the book to give it to my good friends as a Christmas present. Hopefully it will do good.
Thank you and talk soon!
