I find it hard to enter feeling that are love based, such as gratitude. For instance if I try to experience gratitude willingly (thanking food etc.) I seem to be cut off, the emotion feels buried and hard to dig up. From what I understand when you feel anger or emptiness inside, you are supposed to breathe into it and observe it, is the same approach required when trying to manifest an emotion?
Also, there are times where my eyes water and my face "feels" sadness, even though I feel nothing emotionally.
